Research and Reference Test

The first sales target group consists of large-scale Multiple Sclerosis Research Laboratories, Clinical Laboratory Organizations and specialty labs. This operation will begin in 2007. The reagent manufacturing partner will package the MSDx Research and Reference Test and ship it to the laboratory for sample processing and analysis. These laboratories will use their established presence in the market, infrastructure, and sales channels to obtain rapid market adoption. Changes in the diagnostic FDA regulations allow MSDx to offer an ASR blood test through research and reference laboratories prior to FDA 510(K) approval. This provides an added advantage of an early cash flow source during the FDA approval process.
